AVAARC Welding LTD. Began operation in 2009.
Our Story
In the early days, our company was primarily focused on the Mining Sector.
Over the years, our company has had the opportunity to work at numerous mining operations throughout British Columbia. We have been a part of various mining projects such as mine start-ups, remote heavy equipment shutdown repairs, heavy truck dump body rebuilds, production shovel bucket rebuilds, and component fabrication (both on and off-site). Aside from our experience with mining projects, we have also served as an embedded contractor to a mobile maintenance department within a mine site. As an embedded contractor we provided day-to-day solutions for the welding needs of the mobile maintenance department. We were an integral part of mining operations 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, for multiple years. It was an amazing experience for our company and one that we look back on fondly.
As our Company grew so did our desire to diversify our business. Since 2018 we have successfully created a home base in Kelowna B.C. A large part of this success was the addition of our workshop. Our workshop has provided a resource that allows us to not only accomplish larger robust repairs, and specialized welding applications, (such as Stainless, and TIG), but also accommodate customers who require prefabrication of components to align with their project milestones, and completion schedules.
